Morrison gets tough on secondary boycotts

PRIME Minister Scott Morrison will apply penalties to companies that refuse to provide banking and insurance services to the resources industry as part of secondary boycotts orchestrated by activist groups, he said in a speech to the Queensland Resources Council.
