Idemitsu rehab commitments questioned

IDEMITSU, which owns the Ensham thermal coal mine in Queensland, has been accused of attempting to renege on its original commitment to fully refill and rehabilitate 11 mining pit voids – including three voids on the Nogoa River floodplain – and pass a $379 million clean-up bill to taxpayers.
