BMA facing court over Saraji fatality

THE Queensland Department of Natural Resources and Mines and Energy has filed charges in the industrial magistrates’ court against BHP Billiton Mitsubishi Alliance and a company representative alleging breaches of statutory safety and health obligations resulting in the death of Alan Houston.
