New Acland High Court hearing slated for May

A DECISION on an application by the Oakey Coal Action Alliance for its objection to New Hope Coal’s New Acland expansion in Queensland is due to be heard in the High Court late next month as the company pressures the Queensland government to grant approval to allow creation of 487 jobs at the mine.
