Community group allowed to defend anti-Kepco decision in court

A LEGAL application by the Bylong Valley Protection Alliance has succeeded in becoming a full party in the court case to defend the planning decision rejecting an open cut coal mine proposed by Kepco in New South Wales’ Bylong Valley.
