HVO to pay $400,000 after alleged water pollution

HV OPERATIONS – a Yancoal-Glencore joint venture – has entered into an enforceable undertaking with the New South Wales Environment Protection Authority, paying $400,000 towards environmental land management improvements, following a water pollution incident at the HVO mine last year.
