THE Queensland coroner has urged the state’s Department of Natural Resources, Mines and Energy to consider legal action against an individual manager at Anglo American’s Grasstree mine for the death of mine worker Paul McGuire.
Coroner David O’Connell also found the mine’s record keeping was “grossly deficient”.
