AusPac schedules another meeting over Dartbrook appeal

ANOTHER conciliation conference has been set down for August 11 between Australian Pacific Coal and the New South Wales Independent Planning Commission over the company’s appeal against its determination of Modification 7 to the development consent for its Dartbrook underground coal project.
