Regulator accepts Whitehaven's Maules Creek enforceable undertaking

WHITEHAVEN Coal has committed to spending over $800,000 in undertakings in relation to a collision between two trucks on a main haul road of its Maules Creek mine in New South Wales on April 21 2018.

The regulator had now accepted the undertaking which requires the company to pay at least $803,613.
