Near miss after truck operator fails to see approaching vehicle

A HAUL truck and a light vehicle have had a near miss at a New South Wales open cut coal mine after the truck veered to avoid a grader working on the curve.

Both the haul truck and light vehicle operators saw each other in time to stop their vehicles and avoid a collision.
