NSW regulator cracks down on hazardous chemicals

THE NEW South Wales Resources Regulator will be strengthening its regulatory and compliance approach towards hazardous chemicals and take a zero-tolerance approach where mine operators have not taken appropriate steps to manage hazardous chemical risks on mine sites.
