CFMEU questions WorkSafe's failure to prosecute after Yallourn power station fat

WORKSAFE Victoria's decision not to prosecute over the death of Graeme Edwards at EnergyAustralia's Yallourn power station two years ago is a denial of justice and a blow to workers' confidence in the safety laws meant to protect them, according to the mining union.
