BRAVUS has been fined $25,920 for illegally clearing habitat of threatened species by the Australian Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment.

Bravus was fined for disturbing the habitat of the black throated finch and other endangered speciles.

The company's Carmichael coal project in Queensland was found to have risked the habitat of the endangered black-throated finch, yakka skink, ornamental snake, squatter pigeon, and brigalow trees.
