Carmichael mine accused of causing serious pollution

CARMICHAEL mine owner Bravus Mining has been accused by the Mackay Conservation Group of failing to prepare construction sites on its Carmichael mine rail corridor for wet season flooding and that has resulted in serious pollution and environmental damage that may have impacted on the Great Barrier Reef.
