'Unfair' commission failing workers

AUSTRALIA'S peak resource industry employer group the Australian Mines and Metals Association has called for an investigation into the Fair Work Commission after the release of a report detailing dysfunction and political in-fighting at Australia's so-called independent workplace relations tribunal.
