Sibelco off the hook for skull crack

AN accident that left a worker with a fractured skull at the Salt Ash sand plant in 2016 will cost sand miner Sibelco a total of $703,449,50; after the company accepted an enforceable undertaking from the New South Wales Department of Planning and Environment’s Resources Regulator.
