Mudgee Stone in trouble again

The New South Wales Department of Planning and Environment’s Resources Regulator is taking rogue feldspar mine operator Mudgee Stone to court for unauthorised mining and breaches of prohibition notices.

 The matter has been listed for first mention in the Downing Centre Local Court on Tuesday July 9.
