More fire and fury on NSW mines

THERE have been two more equipment fire incidents on New South Wales mines, one involving a shotcrete rig and the other a water cart.

The shotcrete rig was being trammed to be fuelled when a rubber delivery hose dislodged. That hose fell in front of the rig's exhaust pipe, which burned the rubber and created an ignition source. ...
