WESTERN Australia’s Aboriginal Affairs Minister Ben Wyatt has denied claims by the Australian Greens that he gave BHP permission to destroy up to 86 culturally significant Aboriginal sites to expand its South Flank iron ore mine in the central Pilbara just days after the international outcry began over Rio Tinto’s destruction of the Juukan Gorge.
