Hard rock warning

AN INVESTIGATION by Western Australia’s Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety into an incident in April where two workers were seriously injured when a 750kg rock fell from the face of an access development heading and struck them both has found multiple causes contributed to the incident.
