Boral expansion hits hurdle

A PLAN by sand miner Boral Resources to expand operations on New South Wales’ south coast is continuing to face strong opposition from community members, who raised concerns to the NSW Independent Planning Commission during an online public hearing that the expansion could impact a local river and an Indigenous massacre site.
