NSW quarry cops $15k fine for water violation

THE New South Wales Environment Protection Authority has fined Menangle Sand & Soil $15,000 after overflow from a dam holding turbid or muddy water allegedly discharged into the Nepean River.

The quarry was not licenced to discharge any turbid water and fined $15,000..
