Aquila uses sustainable mining technology to cut down use of fresh water

ANGLO American’s Metallurgical Coal business has started operating the first of two reverse osmosis water treatment plants at its Aquila metallurgical coal project in Queensland’s Bowen Basin, with the aim of reducing the use of fresh water in its mining operations.
