Mining union stops meeting to prevent members being poached

FEDERAL Court judge John Snaden has ruled in favour of the mining division of the Construction, Forestry, Mining and Energy Union in its application to stop a meeting of the national executive of the union in a growing war between the union’s construction and mining arms over member poaching.
