Peabody to answer North Goonyella class action claims in April

PEABODY Energy is expected to respond in US courts next month to claims in a class action that it misled investors by concealing the true extent of the problems at its North Goonyella mine in Queensland.

 The court has appointed a lead plaintiff and lead counsel, who filed an amended complaint on March 19.
