BHP is yet to replace toxic firefighting foam at its Olympic Dam site in South Australia despite the government banning it more than two years ago.

South Australia banned the use of firefighting foams containing "fluorinated organic compounds" including perfluorooctane sulfonate and perfluorooctanoic acid in 2018.
