AusPac awaits result of appeal against HTBA joining proceedings

THE NEW South Wales Court of Appeal has reserved its judgement on an application by Australian Pacific Coal to appeal a decision of the Environment Court to let the Hunter Thoroughbred Breeders Association join the proceedings relating to a proposed modification of its Dartbrook underground mine application.
