HTBA persists with Dartbrook legal action

THE Hunter Thoroughbred Breeders Association has placed yet another legal obstacle to the approval of an extension to the proposed mining life of the Australian Pacific Coal’s Dartbrook underground coal project in New South Wales.

Although now not a party to the litigation, HTBA has made a further application.
