OUTSPOKEN Queensland federal MP Bob Katter has lent his voice to the net-zero emissions target debate, arguing the target would be destructive to the economy, wilderness and wildlife and the government should instead build high efficiency, low emissions coal-fired algae-tec power stations in the north.
