Regulator turns down WHS undertaking over Nth Appin incident

THE New South Wales Resources Regulator has rejected the work, health and safety undertaking given by South32 subsidiary Endeavour Coal in relation to a June 2019 incident that resulted in a worker suffering serious injuries to his toes and foot.
