Grosvenor employment model to be reviewed

ANGLO American has briefed its Grosvenor mine workforce on plans to review the employment model at the Queensland longwall mine, following the introduction of changes to its bonus incentive scheme in January.

The Mining and Energy Union said it welcomed Anglo American’s changes at Grosvenor but warned the use of labour hire employees could be detrimental to safety at the mine.
