White Energy to appeal Singapore court judgement on damages

WHITE Energy subsidiary BCBCS intends to pursue an appeal in its claim for damages for wasted expenditure against the Indonesian Bayan Resources group after the Singapore International Commercial court found there would be no need for damages to be paid.
