Union claims law costing casual miners millions

CASUAL mine employees have lost millions of dollars because one year ago One Nation supported the federal government’s stripped-back IR Omnibus Bill, which removed rights for casual coal miners in long-term full-time roles to receive leave entitlements, according to the Mining and Energy Union.
