A HAUL truck operator lost his bearings and ended up running into and damaging a dumping station at a Queensland open cut coal mine.
The chassis struck the dumping station structures, causing structural damage.
The operator had attempted to drive the rear dump truck across a belly dump truck unloading station.

The Queensland Mines Inspectorate said no coal mine workers were injured in the incident.
"Implement and maintain training of all workers and supervisors so they remain competent in the traffic management system," it said.
