WESTERN Australian rare earths miner Lynas has been targeted by an online Chinese influence campaign dubbed Dragonbridge, with content criticising its alleged environmental record and calling for protests of its planned rare earths processing facility in Texas, a report by a US cybersecurity firm has found.
