Back to the drawing board at Rosebery

THE Federal Court has ruled that former environment minister Sussan Ley’s decision to allow MMG to start design and assessment works for a proposed tailings storage facility for the Rosebery mine in western Tasmania breached the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act.
