More court drama for Lynas

LYNAS Rare Earths is seeking leave from the Kuantan High Court in Malaysia to intervene in the latest judicial review proceeding brought by an anti-Lynas activist, who is once again challenging the validity of the permanent disposal facility’s operating licence.
