Truck piston hurled 20m in accumulator incident

A HAUL truck piston and cap were ejected under pressure and mounts were damaged in a dangerous incident at a New South Wales open cut coal mine.

 The cap was found 3m from the truck while the cylinder piston was found 20m from the truck.
