Brake check for safety

THE NEW South Wales Resources Regulator has released a safety alert after the service brakes on a loaded Caterpillar 740 articulated ejector truck failed and it rolled backwards 49m down a ramp.

The Caterpillar 740 articulated truck involved in the incident.
