Another New Acland water challenge

THE Oakey Coal Action Alliance and Lock the Gate have applied for a review of the Queensland government’s long-awaited decision to grant New Hope Group an Associated Water Licence for its New Acland Stage 3 thermal coal mine and are prepared to take their challenge to the Land Court.
