FMG hits back at regulator's charges

WESTERN Australia's mining regulator Worksafe has flexed its legislative powers and charged Fortescue Metals Group with 34 counts of refusing or failing to comply with a requirement to provide documents within a specified period without a reasonable excuse, in relation to alleged sexual harassment at three mine sites.
