FORTESCUE Metals Group simply cut and pasted testimony given in 2021 by former chief executive officer Elizabeth Gaines to the parliamentary inquiry into sexual harassment against women in mining, to explain its failure to provide Worksafe with 34 documents relating to cases of alleged sexual harassment at Christmas Creek, Cloudbreak and Solomon.
