Court hearing over alleged assault at Carmichael

ANTI-coal activist Coedie McAvoy will remain on bail after not entering a plea in Clermont Magistrates Court in Queensland yesterday on criminal charges brought against him by the Queensland Police relating to the alleged assault of two Carmichael mine workers.
