Muir slams WA ACH backflip

NATIONAL Native Title Council chairman Kado Muir has slammed Western Australia’s government for repealing its 2021 Aboriginal cultural heritage laws and restoring the 1972 Aboriginal Heritage Act, which he claims is “not fit for purpose”.
