Bureaucrats confirm contractors in the gun with SJSP laws

SENIOR Department of Employment and Workplace Relations officials have admitted thousands of service contractors will be captured by the government’s Same Job, Same Pay legislation.

Despite Tony Burke's protestations that service contractors will be excluded from SJSP, it appears likely they will not be.
