ANGLO American’s planned increase in metallurgical coal production has been pushed back by one year due to a revised timetable for the phasing in of the wash plant expansion at its Moranbah-Grosvenor complex in Queensland.

Approval for the Moranbah-Grosvenor complex's plant upgrade, stockpile extension and load out expansion is now targeted for mid-2020. The construction period is estimated to be 12-18 months.
