Qld regulator gives automation guidance

RESOURCES Safety & Health Queensland has released a guidance note to help coal miners involved with autonomous mining meet their legal obligations.

Autonomous trucks are coming into Queensland coal.

The note applies to the control of autonomous loaders, trucks and other mobile equipment, including drills and dozers at mine sites.
