Orica bounces back

ORICA has made a $230 million-plus turn around on the previous financial year posting a $60 million net profit after tax for the 2022 financial year. In FY21 it posted a $174 million loss.

That NPAT could have been a lot better had it not been for $257 million in significant items. Not least of those significant items was a $131 million impairment expense for Orica exiting its Russia business....
