IMPENDING changes to the Heavy Vehicle National Law that will make every party in the heavy vehicle transport supply chain responsible for the safety of their transport activities is expected to affect every business in Australia that consigns, packs, loads or receive goods, even if they have no direct role in driving or operating a heavy vehicle.
