Teenage protest delays federal decision on Vickery to March

A DECISION on Whitehaven Coal’s proposed $607 million Vickery extension project in New South Wales from the federal Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment is expected on April 1 due to an injunction application seeking to restrain the minister from issuing the project with an approval.
